I have been working on the project for approximately 2-1/2 months, and hope to have the car back on the road in another month or so. The floor pans definitely need to be replaced, as does the trunk floor, but I plan to attack that problem next Summer when the weather is too hot to drive the car. For now I just want to get it back on the road.
 
 

I am also in the process of converting the front brakes to discs, which I decided to do after I already had the drum brakes back on. My goal is to have a funcional rolling chassis by the end of next weekend, and start putting the body on the weekend after next. I also need to paint the firewall, sand blast the inner fenders, and rebuild the rear brakes.
